What time should we arrive?

We suggest that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your picnic.


Where will the Picnic Three crew be during my picnic?

We will be nearby, in case we’re needed during your event. Upon arrival, you will find our welcome note and phone number. Please note that you are responsible for the items provided for your event until we return to pack them up at the arranged time, so we recommend never leaving them unattended.


Should we wait for Picnic Three to pack up afterward?

We will arrive 5 minutes before your picnic wraps up, so you can depart at the scheduled time. If you need to leave earlier, simply give us a call 30 minutes beforehand.


What if it rains?

We are happy to reschedule your picnic if rain is forecast 2 days or less ahead of your booked date.


How do I secure my booking?

Your nonrefundable 50% deposit holds your booking. The balance is due no later than 2 days before your picnic date.


What’s your cancellation policy?

We are unable to offer refunds, but we would be happy to reschedule your picnic. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; within 48 hours, we can reschedule only due to rain. Outside of rain delays, we are not able to reschedule within 48 hours of your event, and payment will not be refunded. 


Can Picnic Three set up anywhere I choose?

We are always happy to visit other locations and see the site fits our requirements for a safe, happy and beautiful picnic.
